DUI/Criminal Defense
Our fees are determined by the type of case and its complexity. We do not charge a fee for the initial consultation.
The majority of our criminal cases are a flat fee. The fee will be quoted up front and may be broken into two or more installments.
Non-Criminal/Civil Cases
Our civil cases may be based upon hourly rate, a contingency fee or a flat fee agreement.
For All Work
As appropriate, you will be provided with a written fee agreement outlining the conditions of our representation and terms of payment.
